Founded in 2021, Stoïk is Europe’s leading insurtech dedicated to cyber risk, with the ambition of becoming the CISO of Europe.
The company has built a 360° cyber risk protection model that integrates cyber insurance, continuous risk prevention, detection, and in-house incident response teams, increasingly powered by proprietary AI technologies. This approach allows Stoïk to support companies before, during, and after a cyberattack, helping them maintain operations, reduce financial losses, and recover faster.
Backed by €70m+ in funding from top-tier investors (a16z, Alven, Munich Re), Stoïk protects more than 12,000 companies across Europe, works with over 2,000 broker partners, and operates in six European countries including France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Austria, and the Netherlands.
As Stoïk scales its MDR and Email Security products across markets, we're creating our first-ever Deal Desk function. We need the right person to build it from the ground up.
This is a 0 to 1 role:
You will define what we can sell, to whom, and under what conditions: by product, by country, by contract model.
You will own the commercial rules of the game that Sales operates within, and make sure every deal we sign is one we can actually deliver profitably.
A core part of the role is deeply operational: managing vendor licensing constraints (SentinelOne pool-based models, CrowdStrike per-seat structures), ensuring our commercial commitments to customers are always consistent with what we've purchased from vendors, and building the foundations for a product catalogue that will keep expanding.
You will sit at the intersection of Sales, CSM, Finance, Legal, and Cyber Engineering, not as a coordinator, but as the person who makes complex deals possible without putting the business at risk.
Sales & Post-Sales
Own the operational validation of deals before signature: technical, licensing, vendor, and delivery dimensions
Be the internal expert on MDR and Email Security pricing models and delivery constraints, so every deal is profitable and deliverable
Partner with Sales on complex or custom opportunities during pre-sales cycles
Coordinate post-sales issue resolution across CSM, Cyber Engineering, and external vendors
Process
Build and document deal workflows from scratch: identify gaps and risks before they hit revenue or delivery
Own commercial exceptions and non-standard requests as the operational bridge between Sales, CSM, Cyber, Finance, and Legal
Vendors
Manage day-to-day operational relationships with strategic vendors and distributors for MDR
Ensure vendor terms and licensing models (including multi-year and custom packaging) support scalable, profitable delivery
Experience
4–7 years in a Deal Desk role at a B2B SaaS company (managing complex deals, pricing exceptions, Sales/Finance/Legal coordination)
You've built processes from scratch, not just inherited a mature playbook
Exposure to vendor licensing constraints is a strong plus (pool-based vs. per-seat models)
Mindset
You think in margin, not just ARR
You can push back on Sales under pressure, without damaging the relationship
Ambiguity energises you: you create structure where there isn't any!
