The role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources / Talent Acquisition intern to learn from and assist with ICC’s high-paced HR activities. The internship is for a duration of six month, starting October 2026.

Under the supervision of our Head of Talent, you will have a great opportunity to develop your capacity in various HR domains. Your tasks will include:

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with interview processes;
Monitoring and updating dashboards with the recruitment data and KPIs;
Handling – under the supervision of the HR Coordinator – the onboarding process and exit interviews for interns;
Assisting with HR projects such as competency and grids, and the review of job description;
Engagement survey (action plan and follow up).

Requirements

Are a student completing your Master’s degree in human resources (M1 or M2 level);

Important information before applying

You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
Our interns receive a monthly gratification of about €900 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
