Vos missions :
Au sein de la Direction Business Intelligence, vous êtes rattaché(e) à un Manager et travaillez sur un portefeuille de clients de la Grande Consommation. Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Vous construisez une relation de proximité et de confiance avec vos clients
- Vous réalisez et présentez des analyses de marchés, afin d’apporter de la valeur ajoutée et des recommandations opérationnelles, dans l’optique d’améliorer les performances de vos clients et de répondre à leurs enjeux de demain
- Vous accompagnez vos clients dans leur transformation digitale via la mise en place de nouveaux outils d’analyse
- Vous développez le chiffre d’affaires de votre portefeuille clients :
- Vous élaborez des stratégies et plans d’actions clients
- Vous identifiez des besoins de nouvelles solutions
Vos atouts :
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un BAC+5 en Ecole de Commerce, d’Ingénieur Agro ou en Université
- Vous justifiez d’une première expérience de 2/3 ans minimum en Conseil, Marketing client, Category Management, idéalement acquise dans le secteur du Conseil, de la Grande Distribution ou du e-commerce
- Vous êtes analytique avec un esprit de synthèse, une compréhension des enjeux du secteur et des stratégies des acteurs
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’une forte capacité d’écoute active et de questionnement pour détecter les opportunités de business ; vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre comportement positif, actif et volontaire
- Vous êtes un(e) excellent(e) communicant(e) et savez construire un réseau, des relations sur la durée
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous avez un anglais courant
