Step into a high-impact role where your organizational expertise and interpersonal skills directly support the U.S. Mission's day-to-day operations. As the Mission's primary Point of Contact (POC) for all residential parking leases, you will build and maintain productive relationships with landlords and building managers, proactively locating parking spaces, resolving maintenance and repair issues, navigating legal disputes, managing conflicts, and coordinating lease renewals with professionalism and efficiency.
Your financial acumen will be put to work as you verify electricity and gas bills before submitting them to the Financial Management Center (FMC) for payment. You will also serve as the Mission's dedicated liaison to gas, electricity, and insurance providers, resolving service issues and coordinating repairs in the aftermath of water damage events.
In this role, you will take ownership of preparing and submitting Lease Waiver requests for parking spaces to the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) for approval, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date lease records in the Residential Properties Application (RPA) and Equipment Management Listing (EML) databases.
