Scope
We are looking for a Human Resources Senior Officer to secure our HR operations within one of our Business Unit : Digital Customer (~400 people). HR team currently composed of 3 people.
The HR Senior Officer works closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies, impactful projects and annual actions plans of Wavestone, playing a key role in engagement and retention to support of the business objectives.
Acting as an HR Business Partner, the HR Senior Officer consults with line management, provides daily HR guidance, supports the HR Manager in analyzing trends and metrics, resolving employee relations issues, improving work relationships and productivity, and suggesting HR corrective actions.
Main responsibilities

Support the HR Manager in the roll-out and execution of the HR action plan of Wavestone and/or local actions decided on the scope, steering the HR budgets, training plans and contributing to HR projects, locally or at a Wavestone level

Support the HR Manager in analyzing HR KPIs and their related trends to monitor progress of HR action plans, defining relevant and pragmatic corrective actions when needed, providing clear overview of the HR situation on their scope

Provide high level support to Career Development Managers (CDM) of junior to senior consultants mainly, regarding policy appropriation, best practices, employee behavior, performance management and development.

Help to implement initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in compliance with the company’s CSR commitments

Ensure the quality of the employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, driving the Talent Mangement process for Junior to Senior Consultants, monitoring and improving constantly its efficiency, partnering with CDMs

Facilitate regularly HR interviews with junior and senior consultants to assess their level of engagement, improve work relationships, increase productivity and enable retention

Identify potential issues, particularly flight risks, and psychosocial risks, and proactively solve them, either by your own or by mobilizing the relevant stakeholders, suggesting solutions aligned with operational stakes
