We are recruiting for an Operational Excellence Director to join our team in Paris on a permanent basis. As a CBRE Operational Excellence Director you will ensure:
- The Global contract can operate successfully in France, as efficiently as possible • Strive for operational excellence utilizing the depth of the organisation • Enterprise growth opportunities are maximized • Operations are compliant with statutory and company policies.
Operational leadership to ensure account operations are compliant with local law and statutory requirements (in conjunction with support functions as required – e.g. QHSE, People, Finance)
What you’ll do:
- Operational Resource Management • Local country representation, local point of contact for client escalation, occasional client meetings, dispute resolution • Identifying and recommending margin improvement opportunities, including reviews, supply chain opportunities (in conjunction with Sourcing team), projects / extra works etc. • Support on key personnel matters (recruitment, selection, on-boarding etc.) in conjunction with People team • Oversight and governance on contractual KPI’s • Oversight and governance on all IFM delivery • Deliver key metrics and frameworks to ensure account efficiency and enable key deliverables • Strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders • Ops leads support on growth opportunities
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 10 years experience in leading teams, preferably in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management • Trusted Strategic Advisor – Provides strategic advice that delivers tangible, portfolio-wide value to clients • High Value Provider– Develops and applies our market leading scale, expertise, and capability to deliver outcomes that cannot be replicated by our competitors • Great Talent– Attracts, retains, and develops industry leading talent in every role
