As an Expert Planning Scheduling (H/F) in our Data Center Business Unit, you will be responsible for the effective execution and management of the end-to-end integrated scheduling process. This includes schedule development, coordination, monitoring, control, and reporting throughout the entire lifecycle of DTC projects. You will support project teams in achieving competitive scheduling solutions and contribute critical input to change and risk management processes.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed resource loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project information and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes in scope, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and schedule performance metrics.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project goals and milestones.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development of project control processes and procedures to improve scheduling practices and project delivery.
- Support implementation of the Last Planner System (LPS), including preparation and facilitation of short-term planning meetings, identification and tracking of constraints and blockers, and promoting reliable weekly work planning
Show your expertise
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- +5 years of planning experience on large-scale Industrial construction projects
- Experience or familiarity with Lean Construction principles and the Last Planner System is a plus
- Fluent French, Fluent English
- Proficient handling of our scheduling software Primavera P6
- Good understanding of proven scheduling techniques and practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organization and coordination skills
- Independent and responsible way of working
Mobility is mandatory: France as priority Europe as a plus.
Position is project based in Melun (77).
