As we grow in Belgium and the Netherlands, we're looking for a cyber-savvy, commercially minded CSM who loves helping customers succeed. You'll ensure clients get maximum value from Stoïk Protect while identifying growth opportunities – working closely with brokers and our Sales, Product, and Tech teams.
Onboarding & Cyber Tools Implementation
Guide new customers through onboarding and set up their prevention tools (external scan, phishing simulations, AD & cloud scan)
Drive activation of MDR and Email Security solutions for Managed Services customers
Own client support for all Stoïk Protect inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and timely responses
Commercial Growth & Cross-Sell
Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio and collaborate with the Cyber Sales team to convert them into business
Build playbooks using product usage data and client feedback to systematize growth
Partner with brokers and stakeholders to maximize client lifetime value through renewals and service expansion
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to improving the onboarding experience and support the creation of educational content (guides, best practices, Q&A)
Collect structured client and broker feedback to inform Product and Operations roadmaps
Build a strong cross-functional understanding of Stoïk's ecosystem to ensure seamless collaboration
Must-have:
2–4 years in a customer-facing role in cybersecurity, SaaS, or insurtech
Track record of driving cross-sell, upsell, or retention outcomes
Native or fluent Dutch + strong English
Based in Netherlands, Belgium, or France
Nice-to-have:
French language skills
Experience with broker networks or channel partners
