The team supports employees across our different entities in France (Paris), the United Kingdom (London), the Netherlands, and Germany (Berlin).
This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR operations topics within a fast-growing international environment. You will work closely with Victoria on employee administration, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and process improvement initiatives, while contributing to key HR projects across Europe.
Working closely with Victoria, you will:
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documentation, employee registrations, and HRIS updates through Lucca.
Assist with employee administration tasks, including occupational health appointments, health insurance and pension registrations, and employee records management.
Monitor probation periods, absences, leave requests, and other employee lifecycle processes.
Participate in collecting, reviewing, and validating payroll variable elements for France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Germany.
Assist in payroll review processes and follow up on corrections with external payroll providers when necessary.
Respond to employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies.
Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR administrative matters.
Maintain and update employee data within HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
Support HR reporting activities and contribute to the analysis of key HR metrics.
Assist the HR team in preparing Works Council (CSE) meetings and managing the social agenda.
Help prepare meeting documentation, agendas, invitations, and follow-up materials for employee representative bodies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives.
Support the implementation of new HR tools, workflows, and best practices.
Participate in cross-functional HR projects depending on business priorities.
Gain exposure to a variety of HR topics, including HRIS projects, employee engagement initiatives, and employee representative elections if needed.
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and are looking for a 12- to 24-month apprenticeship.
You are the right fit if you:
Have previous HR experience through internships or apprenticeships, ideally in HR administration, HR operations, or a generalist HR role.
Are highly organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and numbers.
Have strong proficiency with Google Office tools, particularly Excel.
Demonstrate discretion and are comfortable handling confidential information.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Are fluent in French (C2 level or native)
Have a good level of English, both written and spoken.
Have a basic understanding of employment law and HR administration.
Have previous experience using an HRIS; knowledge of Lucca would be a strong advantage.
Are interested in developing expertise in international HR operations and payroll processes.
