Property Management Coordinator - Job Description Summary
Role Overview: The Property Management Coordinator oversees day-to-day operations of GAC properties, including maintenance delivery, subcontractor management, client interfaces, and regulatory compliance to maximize client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Building User Relations:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and complaints
Develop and maintain positive relationships with building users
Resolve building issues, conflicts, and disputes effectively

Lease Administration:
Oversee lease activity and coordinate with the leasing team
Ensure lease deliverables are met through appropriate teams
Property Operations and Maintenance:
Oversee maintenance and repair activities via JLL's preferred supply partners
Develop preventative maintenance programs with the JLL Platform
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections
Financial Management:
Support budget management, forecasting, and expense control
Review and approve property-related invoices
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and building codes
Coordinate inspections, permits, and certifications
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency preparedness
Reporting and Communication:
Generate periodic performance, financial, and maintenance reports
Support recommendations for improvements
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
Knowledge of property/facility management principles and local regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Financial analysis skills
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
