The Retail Operations team is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Manager.
The role
In this role, you will drive retail performance and operational excellence across La Vallée Village. You will lead cross-functional workflows, support retail teams and brand partners, and deliver impactful people, client experience and operational initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the Village’s commercial success and the quality of experience delivered to our guests and brands every day.
Location: La Vallée Village, Île-de-France — on site
Starting minimum salary: 63 000 € gross per annum
This is a maternity cover contract
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Lead team coordination and workflow management, overseeing the Retail Operations Coordinator and Retail Coordinator
- Drive talent development and people engagement, organising Talent Days, large-scale internal events and the Brand Ambassador Programme
- Own retail tools, systems and compliance, acting as primary contact for Global Blue, Planet and Tax Free innovations
What we're looking for

- Proven experience in retail operations, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), with a background in luxury, fashion or client relations
