What you will do:
In this dynamic role, you’ll have strong visibility as you drive operational excellence and provide support for complex global events and conferences across the UK and Europe. You’ll ensure end-to-end delivery, partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create well-run, engaging experiences that support business outcomes.
In this role you will:

Lead the execution of local and overseas events and conferences, liaising with event logistics including venue coordination, vendor liaison, schedules, and materials preparation

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support programme development and content requirements

Manage operational details such as registrations, rehearsals, on-site set-up, and post-event follow-ups

Create and update event communications and basic marketing materials

Source internal and external speakers aligned to the event agenda

Track timelines, action items, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution, and support budget tracking, documentation, and post-event reporting
You should apply if you have:
- A strong background in events management with practical marketing expertise (ideally within financial services)

Exemplary stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across cultures and autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Proficiency in digital tools (iConference and Eventogy experience preferred)

Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate clearly, and follow through consistently

Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take initiative
