We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our People Operations team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the backbone of our employee lifecycle management, ensuring that everything related to People Operations runs like clockwork. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior profile to gain 360° exposure to HR in a fast-paced environment.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
HR Operations: Employee Lifecycle
Onboarding & Offboarding: Autonomously manage the administrative process for new hires and leavers, including contract creation, equipment coordination, and internal tool access.
Data Accuracy: Keep all HR systems (HRIS)up-to-date regarding daily changes (sick leaves, promotions, reporting line updates,...), keep all internal trackers up-to-date.
Payroll Coordination: Link with our internal payroll team to make sure all changes are reflected in the payroll system.
Sick Leave Management : Manage work doctor visits and ensure the recommendations are implemented, including incapacities, follow up with our prévoyance provider when needed.
International Support: Assist our international employees with their VISA and work permit applications.
People Partner to line managers
Disciplinary: Assist managers in navigating disciplinary issues, draft documentation, and ensure the process is followed
Compliance: Ensure all HR activities follow local labor regulations and company policies.
Employee Relations: Support the team in maintaining relationships with the Workers' Council (CSE) and assist with drafting basic documentation.
Program Support: Help implement and train staff on global people programs (annual reviews, wellbeing week, internal policies,...).
This role offers a wide range of topics to master. While the workload is diverse, the main challenge will be prioritization. You will have the room to grow and take ownership of your tasks while being supported by a collaborative team.
Experience: A first successful experience in HR (internship, apprenticeship, or first job), preferably in an international or fast-moving setting.
Skills: High level of organization and attention to detail. You are comfortable with Excel, Slack, G-Suite and HR software.
Mindset: You are proactive, eager to learn, and possess a "can-do" attitude.
Languages: Fluent French and English
SALARY RANGE:
36,000€ - 50,000€ gross/annually
