About Riviera Gourmet
Riviera Gourmet is a leading luxury yacht provisioning company on the French Riviera, supplying super yachts and villas with premium-quality food, beverages, and interior products.
We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable Office & Operations Assistant to join our growing team at our new warehouse and office facility in Biot / Sophia Antipolis.

The Role
This is a fast-paced position at the centre of the business, working directly with the Managing Director and assisting with the daily coordination of orders, deliveries, suppliers, administration, and client communication.
During the summer season, the pace can become extremely busy, so the right candidate must be able to stay calm, organised, and professional while managing multiple priorities and urgent requests at the same time.
You will be communicating with clients, suppliers, warehouse staff, drivers, and management daily, so strong communication skills and the ability to handle pressure with patience and professionalism are essential.

Required Skills & Experience
- Professional level of English and French (essential) - Communicating in English
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Previous office experience
- Driving licence required
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail
- Flexible attitude toward working hours during peak season
Beneficial but not essential:
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience
- HR administration experience
- Experience in yachting, hospitality, luxury services, or logistics
- Additional languages
Responsibilities
- Assisting with processing client orders and deliveries
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting the Managing Director in daily operations
- Assisting with administration, accounting, and HR tasks
- Maintaining organisational systems and improving efficiency
- Communicating professionally with high-end international clients
