Le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec la direction ainsi qu’avec des prestataires externes lorsque nécessaire. Ce poste interviendra sur les restaurants de Cannes et de Saint-Tropez. Missions principales
Vos principales responsabilités incluront :
Réaliser l’ensemble des opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective dans le respect des normes de sécurité
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations techniques
Intervenir en dépannage dans différents domaines techniques
Effectuer ponctuellement des travaux de réparation et de remise en état
Superviser et contrôler la bonne exécution des travaux réalisés par les prestataires externes à la demande de la direction
Tenir à jour avec précision le registre des interventions ainsi que le planning de maintenance préventive
Proposer à la direction des solutions techniques durables pour les problématiques rencontrées
Rédiger un compte rendu quotidien des activités et interventions réalisées
Effectuer les tâches de nettoyage quotidiennes (nettoyage des filtres de climatisation, machines à glace, etc.)

As a Maintenance Assistant you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurants by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, assisting with repairs, and ensuring all technical equipment and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently. The role involves working closely with management and external contractors when required. This role will support both Cannes and Saint Tropez restaurants. Join our team for the summer season 2026, please note this position is a seasonal contract (CDD).
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance operations in compliance with safety standards
- Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations
- Handle troubleshooting across various areas of expertise
- Perform occasional repair and restoration work
- Supervise and verify the proper execution of work carried out by external contractors at the request of management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interventions in the maintenance log and preventive maintenance schedule
- Propose sustainable technical solutions to management for any issues encountered
- Provide daily reports on activities and interventions
- Perform daily cleaning tasks (cleaning air conditioning filters, ice machines, etc.)
