As part of our international growth, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator / International Sales Administration professional to strengthen and organize our customer order management and international logistics operations.
Your Role
You will play a central role between customers, logistics providers, production, quality, accounting, and management teams.
Your mission will be to ensure smooth coordination of customer orders from confirmation to final delivery while managing international transportation flows and export documentation.
You will work on:
- International container shipments
- European road transport
- Export operations to Europe, Asia, Africa, and the USA
- Customer order follow-up
- Logistics and shipping coordination
Main Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Administration
- Receive and manage customer orders
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
- Monitor shipment schedules and deliveries
- Communicate regularly with customers
- Update internal tracking systems and reports
International Logistics
- Coordinate truck and container transportation
- Work with freight forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, and warehouses
- Follow bookings, ETD / ETA schedules, and loading plans
- Manage export documents and shipping files
- Anticipate and solve logistics issues
Internal Coordination
Liaise with production, sales, quality, accounting, and management teams
Ensure smooth information flow regarding:
- product availability
- certificates
- quality compliance
- customer priorities
- shipping constraints
Documentation & Administrative Follow-Up
- Prepare and verify shipping documents
- Support invoicing processes
- Ensure consistency between orders, deliveries, and invoices
Required Skills
Mandatory
- Fluent French
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Appreciated
Spanish or Italian
Experience in:

Knowledge of:
