You join our team, which is looking for a Sales Management Assistant, for an alternation of 1 or 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Management of the agenda of the two Commercial Directors, members of the Executive Committee;

Organization and preparation of meetings, travel (train tickets, hotels...);

Organization and follow-up of training (room reservation, accommodation, meals and certificates);

Ordering breakfasts;

Management of meeting rooms;
-
Reception of visitors;
-
Formatting of documents;
-
Daily mail collection and sorting;
-
Participation in various administrative activities.
You intervene with the two commercial departments.
