À propos du poste:
Dans le cadre de notre développement, on renforce nos équipes commerciales avec un(e) nouvel(le) Account Manager.
Tes missions principales:
Suivi et renouvellement des contrats backbook: anticiper les échéances, sécuriser le renouvellement et limiter le churn sur le portefeuille de clients existants
Upsell TPE myPOS et cross-sell produits: auprès des clients déjà équipés de la caisse, augmenter l'attach rate myPOS et l'ARR par compte
Onboarding des clients frontbook: accompagner les nouveaux clients après leurs premiers pas sur la solution et sécuriser la prise en main
Suivi et gestion des irritants: désamorcer les premières frustrations, déclencher les signaux positifs (avis, recommandations)
Gestion administrative et contractuelle: signature des contrats TPE, mise à jour CRM, suivi des dossiers clients (relances, pièces manquantes)
Reporting et pilotage des indicateurs clés: suivi de la rétention, de l'attach rate et de l'ARR, remontée des insights terrain aux équipes produit/marketing
Profil recherché:
Une expérience en account management ou customer success (SaaS/fintech/paiement est un plus)
Expérience en gestion de portefeuille clients
Orienté(e) résultats et customer centric
Organisation: rigueur administrative, suivi des contrats et gestion du CRM
