Description du poste :
Dans le cadre du développement de Barbecue & Co, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivée pour rejoindre l’équipe e-commerce en tant que Chargé(e) de clientèle web.
Vos missions :
Assister la personne chargée de la relation clients dans la gestion des demandes entrantes par e-mail, téléphone, RS
Répondre aux questions des clients à propos des produits, services, délais…
Résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux réclamations des clients de manière professionnelle en cherchant des solutions adaptées
Assurer un suivi régulier des demandes des clients et s’assurer de leur satisfaction
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience client en proposant des idées
Profil recherché :
Afin de rejoindre notre équipe : formation supérieure type BAC+4/BAC+5 (Ecole de commerce / Ecole de communication / Université avec spécialisation digitale)
Vous êtes motivé(e), empathique avec une volonté d’apprendre, venez nous rejoindre !

Compétences informatiques :
Maîtrise du pack Office et d'Excel indispensable.

Vous avez une aisance rédactionnelle avec une parfaite maîtrise de l’orthographe ;
Vous aimez travailler en équipe, rechercher des informations partout ;
Vous maîtrisez les techniques propres à la rédaction web.
Afin de rejoindre notre équipe :
Vous êtes étudiant dans une école de communication, marketing et vous justifiez idéalement d’une 1ère expérience en tant que community manager ou rédacteur web lors d’un précédent stage.
Vous êtes reconnus pour vos softskills : créativité, exigence, organisation et travail en équipe
Un intérêt pour l’univers du Barbecue serait un plus !

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, Barbecue & Co recherche un stagiaire pour un poste d’assistant(e) administratif et commercial. Directement rattaché(e) à l’assistante administrative, vous aurez en charge une partie de ses tâches et missions administratives et un rôle important au sein du service clients en développant la fidélisation clients.
Description du poste :
1. Base fournisseurs
Mise à jour des dossiers fournisseurs (coordonnées, grilles tarifaires, catalogues)
Collecte des informations auprès des fournisseurs
Saisie informatique des informations dans la base fournisseurs
2. Base articles
Mise à jour des tarifs d’achat et des prix de ventes produits
Création et/ou mise à jour de codes articles dans la base articles
Mise à jour du statut des articles
Saisie des promotions sur les produits
Enregistrement des codes-barres articles pour le passage en caisse de chaque produit
3. Base clients
Reporting hebdomadaire du fichier clients
Aide au suivi des commandes clients du magasin (relance auprès des fournisseurs)
Réception des appels entrants et transfert des appels vers le bon service
Compétences :
A l’aise avec les outils informatiques (PC, Google Drive, boîte mails, excel, powerpoint ou autre logiciel de présentation)
L’esprit d’équipe dans un environnement de travail en mode collaboratif
Rigueur, dynamisme, ponctualité, esprit d’initiatives, adaptabilité, respect des process
