We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead the engineering organization for our Retail Supply Chain platform. This executive will drive the evolution of a mission-critical enterprise platform serving global customers while balancing operational excellence with long-term modernization. The ideal leader is equally comfortable scaling engineering organizations, modernizing complex legacy platforms, and partnering with product and customers to deliver business outcomes.

Own the end-to-end engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for SymphonyAI's Retail Supply Chain platform.

Balance customer commitments, technical debt reduction, modernization initiatives, and new product innovation.
Lead the transformation of a mature enterprise platform by driving:

Event-driven systems and streaming technologies (Kafka preferred)
