As part of our recruitment process at Partoo, at least one stage takes place at our offices in Paris or Barcelona, allowing candidates to meet our teams in person.
SALARY
Package : 120-160K
Our compensation bands are built using the Figures tool, based on an internally defined career path, with particular attention paid to fairness and equity across teams.
A quarterly 360° feedback is conducted with your manager, complemented by an annual compensation review based on your performance and behavior.
