Job title: Engineering Project Coordinator
Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris - international travel required (incl 2 months May-July 2027)
Contract Type: CDD September 2026 to end July 2027
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and hands-on Engineering Project Coordinator to support our Engineering team across multiple international projects, from preparation through to live event delivery.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, live-event environment, enjoys being close to the detail, and takes pride in keeping complex operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Engineering Project Manager with day-to-day coordination, planning, administration, and logistics
- Ensuring clear and constant communication across the Engineering team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Anticipating next steps and proactively following up to keep projects moving forward
- Coordinating project tools, schedules, and reporting across multiple events
- Working closely with HR, Finance, Logistics and suppliers to ensure operational alignment
- Supporting staffing plans, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up
- Ensuring deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high

Experience & Skills:
✔ Experience as a team coordinator
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔ Confident using Microsoft 365 / Office tools
✔ Experience in international, multi-stakeholder environments is a plus
