Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous recherchons un Sales Development Representative (SDR) prêt à jouer un rôle clé dans le développement de notre activité auprès des PME.
Responsabilités
En tant que SDR, vous êtes en première ligne de notre développement commercial. Votre rôle est opérationnel, dynamique et axé sur les résultats :
- Prospecter de manière proactive un portefeuille de PME par téléphone, e-mail et via le « social selling
- Identifier et qualifier les besoins en formation des prospects
- Présenter nos offres et solutions de formation professionnelle
- Planifier des rendez-vous qualifiés et, le cas échéant, conclure des ventes
- Tenir à jour le CRM (leads, opportunités, suivis)
- Atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs d'activité et de chiffre d'affaires
Compétences et qualifications requises
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en prospection ou en vente constituent un atout ; nous valorisons avant tout le bon état d'esprit et une réelle volonté de réussir
- Dynamique, efficace, autonome et organisé(e) : vous savez gérer vos priorités et avancer en toute autonomie
- Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français (oral et écrit) indispensable
- Résilience : un « non » n'est jamais une fin en soi, mais une étape vers le prochain « oui »
- Aisance relationnelle : vous aimez convaincre et tisser des liens
- À l'aise avec les outils numériques et la prospection téléphonique

To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) ready to play a key role in developing our business within the SMB segment.
Responsibilities
As an Sales Development Representative, you are on the front line of our business development. Your role is hands-on, dynamic and results-driven:
- Proactively prospect a portfolio of SMB accounts by phone, email and social selling
- Identify and qualify prospects’ training needs
- Present our professional training offers and solutions
- Book qualified meetings and, where relevant, close deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, opportunities, follow-ups)
- Meet and exceed your activity and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in prospecting or sales a plus, and we value the right mindset and a real drive to succeed
- Dynamic, efficient, autonomous and organized: you know how to manage your priorities and move forward independently
- Must be Fluent in English & French (spoken and written)
- Resilient: a “no” is never the end — it’s a step toward the next “yes”
- Strong interpersonal skills: you enjoy persuading and building relationships
- Comfortable with digital tools and phone-based outreach
