Descriptif du poste
Au sein de la Direction des Achats du Groupe Renault, vous rejoindrez le service des achats IS/IT de Renault Group dans un environnement stimulant & challengeant.
Le poste est localisé au Technocentre à Guyancourt (78), en région parisienne en CDI. Vous bénéficierez de 2 jours de télétravail
Les missions
Sourcing
• Réaliser et suivre le processus de consultation (RFI/RFP) sur son propre périmètre en collaboration avec le client interne et les parties prenantes.
- Analyse technologique / marché (la connaissance de l’outil Gartner serait appréciée)
- Challenge des spécifications techniques
- Envoi des RFI/RFP
- Collecte et analyse des offres commerciales
- Négociation commerciale avec les fournisseurs candidats consultés
- Établir une synthèse technico-économique cohérente
réparer la documentation pour la sélection des fournisseurs

• Garantir la conformité aux processus achats du Groupe Renault.
- Coordonner avec le service juridique et les parties prenantes le respect des clauses contractuelles clés avec les fournisseurs (RGPD, SLA, annexe sécurité, etc.).
- Assurer l’archivage de tous les documents liés à la consultation, y compris les contrats, dans notre base de données. Responsable de la gestion contractuelle sur son périmètre.
Benchmark / Aspects techniques / Contrats / Panel fournisseurs
• Être un leader transversal en achats IT en comparant les solutions/produits actuels avec le marché et les technologies disponibles (techniques/prix).
- Contribuer à la transformation digitale du Groupe Renault sur son périmètre.
- Être force de proposition en challengeant les spécifications et en proposant des alternatives pouvant apporter davantage de valeur à nos clients internes / finaux pour faire progresser le Groupe dans sa stratégie technologique et digitale.
- Avoir un bon niveau de connaissance de la structure et des termes contractuels.
- Maintenir les fiches fournisseurs à jour avec les derniers chiffres clés et messages clés.
Exigences spécifiques en IT
• Connaissance FinOps et Cloud Computing.
- Connaissance des modèles économiques IT (On Premise, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, …).
- Connaissance des principes de l’IA (LLM, Agents).
Performance achats / Reporting
• Contribuer à la performance achats de son équipe et de sa direction achats.
- Être responsable du challenge de ses propres fournisseurs pour réduire les coûts.
- Suivre son reporting de performance auprès du management.
- Animer des revues de performance régulières avec les fournisseurs et le management.
Relation fournisseurs
• En tant que représentant du Groupe Renault dans les relations avec les fournisseurs :
o Assurer une relation saine et durable avec les fournisseurs du panel.
o Mener des négociations équitables et promouvoir l’image de l’entreprise.
o Respecter le Code d’éthique achats du Groupe Renault.
Profil recherché
· Études supérieures techniques et économiques (BAC +5)
· Expérience significative dans les domaines des Achats et de l’IT.
· Maîtrise des technologies / produits relatifs à l’Infrastructure IT à savoir :
o Serveurs / High Performance Computer / Equipement Réseau / Stockage
· Anglais et français (écrit/oral) : niveau avancé.
· Maîtrise de MS Office – Excel (obligatoire), PowerPoint, Word.
· Habilité à utiliser des outils IA
· Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, gestion des priorités, autonomie, aisance communicationnelle, travail en équipe, adaptabilité, créativité, maîtrise de soi, orientation client et résultats.
· Faculté à être force de proposition pour accompagner nos clients internes dans leurs besoins
· Challenger nos clients internes dans leurs besoins leur permettant de faire des économies sur leur budget
· Capacité de résilience et savoir négocier dans des situations complexes et sous contrainte
· Habilité à parler en public, parfois face à un auditoire exigeant et savoir convaincre.
· Entretenir une bonne communication avec nos clients internes

Missions Statement
Sourcing
- Performing and monitoring of consultation process (RFI/RFP) for its own perimeter in collaboration with internal customer and stakeholders.
- Technology / Market analysis (knowledge of Gartner tool would be appreciated)

- Be a transversal leader in IT Procurement by comparing current solutions/products with the market and available technologies (technical/prices).
- Contributes to the Renault Group Digital Transformation on its own perimeter.
- Be force of proposal by challenging Specifications and propose alternatives which can bring more value for our internal / final customers to move the Group forward in its technological/digital strategy.
- Good Level of knowledge of contract structure and terms.
- Keep Supplier Sheets updated with latest Key Figures and Key Messages.
Specific requirements in IT
- Advanced knowledge about IT Infrastructure environment (products, technologies, actors, market, ...) and Software Business Models.
- IT Business Models (On Premise, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, ...) knowledge.
- AI principles knowledge (LLM, Agent)
Purchasing Performance / Reporting
- Contributes to the Purchasing Performance of its Team and its Purchasing Direction.
- In charge to challenge its own suppliers to reduce costs.
- Monitoring of its own Performance Reporting to the Management.
- Animates regular Performance Reviews with the suppliers and its Management.
Supplier Relationship
- As Renault Group representative in the relations with the suppliers :
- Monitor a good and a sustainable relationship with the suppliers of the panel.
- Proceeding to fair negotiations and promoting the image of the company.
- Respect of Renault Group Procurement Ethics Code.
Profile searched
- High Technical and Economic Studies (BAC +5)
Significant experience in the fields of Purchasing and IT.
Strong knowledge of technologies/products related to IT Infrastructure, namely: Servers / High Performance Computing / Network Equipment / Storage
English and French (writing/speaking) advanced level with ability to present in front of demanding audience
MS Office mastery : Excel (mandatory), Powerpoint, Word / Ivalua mastery
Ability to use AI tools
Good analytical and synthesis skills, priority management, autonomy, communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, creative, emotional self-control, customer and result orientation
