Mission
As Global Category Manager FIQ, you will lead the global strategy for Mycotoxin Management and Palatability, driving sustainable growth, profitability, innovation, and market leadership across species and regions.
In this highly visible role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define portfolio priorities, steer innovation and business plans, and develop go-to-market strategies that create value for customers and strengthen Adisseo’s competitive position worldwide. You will play a key role in ensuring our solutions remain differentiated, consistent, and aligned with market needs while delivering strong business performance.
As part of a global and matrixed organization, you will collaborate with Species Directors, Product Managers, R&I, Operations, and Commercial teams to accelerate growth, gain market share, and support long-term value creation.
In addition, you will have direct responsibility for the Palatability portfolio, leading its strategy, development, and performance to unlock new opportunities and drive business success.
Responsabilitites

Articulate a vision of products & services based on market needs and strategic marketing inputs; translate/convert it into a 3–5-year Business Plan.

Co-leads product innovation pipeline.
- Define product and service development in collaboration with R&I.

Execute the strategy from managing an R&I pipeline to an operations strategy incl. M&A and strategic partnerships.
- Responsible for the P&L of the Category.

Responsible to orchestrate the category / product / range management & marketing plan with the Product Managers: product positioning, product marketing and competitive intelligence.

Responsible with the Species Director and the Sales & Marketing leaders to define and align commercial objectives and targets.

Contribute to define and develop Species solutions in collaboration with Species Directors, other Global Category Managers, the Sales & Marketing teams and other SBUs.

Be co-responsible with the Regional Directors to set the budget objectives.

Responsible to develop new acquisition opportunities/new strategic partnership developments.

Co-leads and co-manages the relationship with key external business partners like product development partners and subcontractors together with the relevant function heads
