Sweep is hiring a Workplace Coordinator Intern (6-month Master’s level internship) to join our Workplace team and help us deliver an outstanding day-to-day employee experience.
This role is ideal for a Master’s student passionate about workplace operations, office coordination, employee experience, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with our Employee Experience Director and collaborate with People, IT, and other teams to ensure Sweep’s offices and workplace services support our fast-growing team.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
As a key contributor to the Workplace team, you’ll support the daily operations of our offices (Montpellier, Paris, London & Denver + remote employees) and help create a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized work environment.
1. Coordinate workplace operations
Support the day-to-day management of our offices (supplies, facilities, vendors).
Help onboard and offboard employees from a workplace perspective (access badges, desks, equipment, office tours).
Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are well-organized and ready for use.
Support health, safety, and office guidelines implementation.
2. Enhance the employee experience
Be a point of contact for employees’ workplace-related questions and requests.
Help organize internal events, team moments, and office initiatives.
Follow up on employee feedback related to office life and propose improvements.
Contribute to making the office a pleasant, inclusive, and efficient place to work.
3. Improve processes and organization
Document workplace processes and create simple guides for employees.
Identify opportunities to improve how the office and workplace services operate.
Support the rollout of new tools, practices, or office-related projects.
Help keep workplace data and documentation organized and up to date.
4. Collaborate and learn
Work closely with the Employee Experience Director and the People team.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and external providers when needed.
Participate in team meetings and present updates on your projects.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business, HR, Hospitality, Operations, or related field)
Available for a 6-month internship
Strong interest in workplace operations and employee experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
Fluent in English, French is required
You’re comfortable with Google Suite and a Mac environment
