About the job:
To build and lead Opella’s global HCP Content Engine, ensuring every HCP interaction is powered by content that is scientifically credible, creatively distinctive, commercially effective, and easy to deploy across markets. The role owns the Global HCP Design Hub, HCP creative standards, content operating model, and content production ecosystem. It is responsible for transforming content creation from a fragmented agency-led model into a scalable in-house capability that delivers faster, better, and more locally relevant content across all brands. The role serves as the bridge between Brand, Science, Omnichannel, Conversion, and local markets to ensure global content is not only created—but actually used.

Main responsibilities:
1. Build the Global HCP Design Hub
Create an internal capability that becomes the centre of excellence for:
HCP campaign development
Modular content creation
Detail aids
Omnichannel assets
Educational content
Visual storytelling
Creative concept development
HCP innovation and edutainment
Reduce dependency on external agencies while increasing speed, quality and consistency.
2. Drive Creative Excellence
Raise the quality of HCP communications across Opella.

Build an end-to-end content operating model that significantly reduces time from brief to market.

About you:
Experience:
12+ years of experience in content strategy. 5+ years within this on HCP driving communications; ideal to have a mix of both consumer and HCP comms
Proven track record managing cross-functional content development at global level
Proven creative flare to build insight driven content plans for HCPs
Strong understanding of promotional/non-promotional content boundaries
Skilled in modular content systems, localisation workflows, and approval platforms
(e.g. PromoMats, Veeva Vault)
Ability to manage agency partners and production vendors effectively
Clear communicator and collaborator across scientific, creative, and commercial
teams
Global & Local market execution experience a must.
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications or related field
Training in scientific content development or regulatory writing is desirable
