At Implicity, our Billing Solution is a critical and functionally rich module at the heart of how we work with hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare payers. As we scale our engineering organization and dedicate a squad to this domain, we are looking for a QA Analyst for the Billing Squad to own quality end-to-end on one of our most complex functional areas.
Collaboration: You will work closely with the Tech Lead, Product Manager, Software Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, and the broader Billing squad.
As a QA Analyst in Billing Squad, your core mission will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Billing module, a functionally rich environment where your analytical sharpness and force de proposition will make a real difference.
You will:
Functional Mastery: Deeply understand the Billing module, its workflows, rules, edge cases, and business logic and design test scenarios that reflect real-world usage.
PDF Generation Testing: Validate accurate generation of billing documents and reports, ensuring content, formatting, and data accuracy across all cases and edge cases.
Quality Ownership: Position yourself as the central QA voice in the squad, from grooming to release, your quality perspective shapes how the team builds and ships.
Grooming & Risk Anticipation: Actively participate in grooming sessions to identify quality risks early, challenge assumptions, and ensure acceptance criteria are testable.
Performance Awareness: Identify and flag performance issues on billing flows, particularly on high-volume scenarios.
Test Documentation & Repository: Maintain the test repository up-to-date in Xray, create, review, and version test cases for billing workflows; provide clear and structured requirements for QA automation engineers to enable test automation.

Experience Profile
Seniority & Experience: 3–4 years of software testing experience on functionally rich products or complex SaaS environments
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Technical skills: Experience with backend validation techniques, including API and database checks, to ensure test coverage.
Sector Experience (Bonus): Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, or any domain involving complex billing or document generation workflows
