OUR CONTEXT
Edenred is moving from a landscape of local solutions to a unified, groupwide approach for identity and activation. The Digital Identity domain provides transversal capabilities consumed by our applications and e-commerce platforms, supporting B2C, B2B and B2B2C use cases. In this role, you will accelerate convergence and adoption of domain products, harmonize practices and drive reuse at scale.
YOUR ROLE
As Product Manager Digital Identity, your main responsabilities will be :
1. Product strategy and vision
Define the ambition, value proposition and roadmap for your product(s) in alignment with the Digital Identity domain vision and market/country needs.
Prioritize problems and initiatives through measurable objectives (OKRs), business cases and impact/effort analysis.
2. Discovery and design
Lead continuous discovery with users and stakeholders (markets, business teams, Legal/Security, Tech).
Formalize needs (user stories, PRDs) and frame functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, resilience, scalability); craft great UX with Design.
3. Delivery and operations
Drive backlog, releases and delivery with engineering (agile/lean), and track quality (testing, acceptance criteria) and production reliability.
4. Convergence and integrations
Ensure interoperability across domain products (identity/access, verification, consent/preferences, notifications, marketing tools) and their harmonized integration within Edenred’s ecosystem.
5. Governance, compliance and security
Document governance (usage policies, controls, audits) and manage risks (operational, regulatory, third-party).
6. Data, measurement and quality
Ensure data integrity, freshness and traceability (e.g., state propagation, identifiers, preferences) with data platform teams.
7. Country rollout and change management
Lead the country community, provide support, training and documentation, and feed insights back into the roadmap.
8. Stakeholders and vendor management
Align and arbitrate with Product, Data, Engineering, Security, Legal and local market teams.
9. Define and track KPIs
YOUR PROFILE
Professional & technical
Mastery of the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, internal go-to-market, operations and continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of application architectures and integrations (APIs, events), non-functional requirements (security, performance, privacy), and the principles of identity/access, preference/consent, notifications and verification.
Agile/lean practices, backlog/roadmap management, PRD/user story writing, and experiment/test design.
