We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Paris, France. You will lead strategic, large-scale GenAI transformation programs, overseeing complex initiatives from conception to full-scale implementation while ensuring high standards of quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The role requires fluency in French and experience managing distributed teams. You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, drive value realization and ensure successful integration of GenAI into enterprise ecosystems.
Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a large, multi-disciplinary team of engineers, developers, designers and project managers across distributed locations

Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages high performance and manage complex team dynamics effectively

Ensure the team consistently meets milestones while balancing speed and technical excellence

Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders, particularly in the retail/e-commerce sector

Partner with clients to define AI business cases, strategic roadmaps and integration of GenAI into existing ecosystems

Develop and execute end-to-end plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget

Manage project budgets, optimize expenses and ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality

Provide structured updates to executive leadership through high-level reporting and data-driven delivery metrics

Apply Agile/Scrum principles effectively and adapt them to enterprise environments when necessary
Requirements

Professional fluency in both French and English

Extensive experience as a Program or Delivery Manager within consulting, IT services or large-scale enterprise environments (retail/e-commerce experience is a plus)

Demonstrated experience delivering AI or GenAI programs from proof of concept to production

Strong understanding of modern SDLC approaches

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts

Ability to approach complex problems with innovative solutions and drive toward resolution

Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary stakeholders and distributed teams
