We are looking for experienced Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our Product Regulatory Compliance team.
Position Overview:
Entrust’s regulatory priorities for FY27 include ETSI TS 119 461 v2 uplift, UK DVS 1.0 evidence maintenance, Germany regulatory enablement, and foundational work for the EUDI Wallet connector. These initiatives are central to supporting our customers in Europe and ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks.
Reporting to the Head of Policy and Regulatory, you will assist in certification uplift, conduct regulatory analyses across EMEA markets, support the Wallet regulatory pathway, and contribute to the creation of a lightweight horizon-scanning tool. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and GTM teams to produce clear, structured and compliant internal guidance .
This role is particularly suited to a motivated and structured profile seeking to grow expertise in European identity, trust services and KYC/AML regulation.
This role will be hybrid and you can be based in London or Paris location.
Responsibilities:
As Regulatory Compliance Analyst – EMEA / Certifications / eID & Wallet, you will:
Support ETSI TS 119 461 v2 uplift for France, Romania, Spain and Italy, including documentation and evidence preparation.
Assist with UKDVS TF 1.0 requirements, recurring audits and certification maintenance.
Conduct regulatory assessments for Germany and selected EMEA countries, covering identity, AML/KYC and trust-services frameworks.
Contribute to regulatory workstreams for the EUDI Wallet connector, including mapping requirements and drafting internal guidance.
Help develop and maintain lightweight horizon-scanning tooling across identity, trust services, AML/KYC and data-protection regulations.
Produce internal regulatory summaries, comparison tables and structured recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Principal on certification, Wallet strategy and geo-expansion projects.
Essential Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in regulatory analysis, digital identity, certification support, KYC/AML or a related field.
Fluency in English.
Strong ability to interpret and summarise regulatory or technical frameworks (eIDAS v2, ETSI 119 461, AML, EBA guidelines trust services).
Excellent writing, structuring and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and GTM teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in French / German / Spanish.
Experience with trust services, eIDASv2.0, ETSI standards (in particular ETSI TS119461 and or UKDIATF).
Exposure to certification processes (ISO, ETSI, national eKYC frameworks).
Familiarity with German regulatory framework or supervisory expectations
