As part of Crisis24’s global security leadership team and management structure in France, this role is critical in delivering world-class security solutions to clients and supporting the company’s mission to protect people, assets, and reputations worldwide. The Security Director for Southern Europe will act as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, ensuring operational excellence while driving commercial growth in the French market. The Security Director for Southern Europe will lead security strategy and operations across the Southern Europe Region – France predominantly, but also Spain and Italy - while acting as a key outward-facing partner to Southern Europe’s clients globally. Combine operational leadership with commercial acumen— supporting sales teams to grow security-related revenue and positioning Crisis24 as the trusted security advisor in the market. Ensure compliance with French regulations, drive risk management initiatives, and collaborate closely with global security colleagues across all regions.
What You Will Work On
Strategic & Outbound Leadership
- Define and execute a security strategy for Southern Europe, aligned with global and regional objectives
- Represent the security function to Southern Europe clients worldwide, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions
Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security in client engagements, proposals, and RFPs
- Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to design security offerings that drive revenue growth
- Support the sales teams by participating in joint meetings and credibly representing the ‘Security
- Voice’ towards existing clients and prospects.
- Proactively build and leverage a network of security and risk buyers and influencers for Crisis24 security services
- Contribute to thought leadership and client presentations on security best practices
Global Collaboration
- Work closely with Global Security colleagues across all regions to deliver integrated solutions for multinational clients
- Share intelligence and operational insights to support cross-border security initiatives
Operational Oversight
- Responsible for the overall quality and output of security advice, journey management, and other security services from Global Operations Centers in Southern Europe
- Ensure close coordination with Global Operations leadership and centers in the US, UK, Germany, and Singapore, in particular
- Provide leadership to the Head of Security Global Operations, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to SOPs
- Support the delivery of training to major French clients and participate in the French on-call security roster for significant escalations
Risk & Crisis Management
- Lead advanced threat assessments and crisis response planning for high-profile clients and events
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with French security regulations and CNAPS licensing requirements
- Represent information security considerations at the office level, supporting local compliance with Group security policies, participating in internal and external audit activities as required, and acting as a liaison between the office and the Group Information Security teams
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulatory requirements, including maintaining and improving office standards such as first-aid readiness, safety, and security protocols, and fire protection measures
Office Management
- Oversee office operations to ensure a productive and organized environment
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships when required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Act as a liaison between the Paris office and other global locations

Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in corporate security with strong client-facing capabilities
- Proven track record of supporting sales or business development in a security context
- Deep knowledge of French security regulations and CNAPS requirements
- Fluent in French and English; strong presentation and negotiation skills
Preferred Background
- Intelligence, Military, law enforcement, or corporate security leadership experience
- Experience in designing and selling security solutions to enterprise clients
