Job Description
YOUR MISSIONS

Serve as the technical-functional Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud lead for both clients and internal teams.

Solution Design & Architecture: Define the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture, ensure technical and functional consistency, and recommend scalable, robust design patterns aligned with best practices.

Leadership & Governance: Lead technical teams, ensure the quality of project deliverables, and contribute to project scoping, solution design, effort estimation, code reviews, and production deployments.

Client Advisory & Consulting: Act as the primary point of contact for both business and IT stakeholders, identify synergies with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and provide strategic guidance on platform evolution.

Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up to date with Salesforce ecosystem developments, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Master’s degree (or equivalent) from a business school, engineering school, or a related field.

Minimum of 6–7 years of experience delivering Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) projects.

Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification is mandatory.

Proven experience in the retail or luxury sector, supported by relevant client references.

Previous experience within a consulting firm or Salesforce system integrator (such as Accenture, Capgemini, VISEO, CGI, etc.) is highly desirable.

Excellent written and spoken English skills in an international business environment.

Strong expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud functionalities and demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.

Curiosity and interest in other Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Strong interpersonal and professional qualities, including initiative, customer focus, a trusted advisor mindset, and excellent communication skills.
