En tant que Coordinateur des Opérations, Véhicules d'Occasion - Inventaire, vous êtes un membre performant et minutieux de l'équipe, jouant un rôle essentiel dans le développement et la croissance de notre activité des Véhicules d'Occasion en France. Vous veillerez à l'organisation, à la coordination et à l'exécution fluides de toutes les opérations liées aux voitures d'occasion, en tant que liant qui maintient tous les départements impliqués alignés, informés et orientés vers des objectifs communs.

Responsabilités clés :
- Vous serez responsable de la coordination sans faille de l'inventaire des Véhicules d'Occasion de votre marché (de la réception des véhicules à leur rénovation, mise en ligne, vente et livraison). Cela inclut la gestion détaillée et le suivi de chaque véhicule tout au long de son parcours dans l'inventaire des Véhicules d'Occasion.
- Vous agirez en tant qu'ambassadeur(ice) local(e) du CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) – toujours à la recherche d'opportunités d'amélioration opérationnelle et en veillant à ce que l'activité des Véhicules d'Occasion reçoive la priorité nécessaire.
- Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes locales de service, de vente et de livraison pour optimiser les processus et indicateurs transversaux. Vous devez être à l'aise dans un environnement rapide, capable d'adapter rapidement vos priorités et de contribuer à un environnement de travail positif.
- Vous enquêterez sur les problèmes et processus, identifierez les contraintes et causes racines, et travaillerez avec divers départements pour identifier des améliorations et faire avancer les solutions.
- Vous suivrez et atteindrez les KPI opérationnels clés. Cela nécessite une surveillance constante et des ajustements proactifs pour atteindre les objectifs sans intervention externe.
- Vous gérerez rapidement et efficacement les exceptions et les escalades, en développant des processus et des garde-fous pour assurer le succès.
- Vous aiderez à la création de dossiers de faisabilité pour des initiatives qui poussent l'activité des Véhicules d'Occasion en avant.
- Vous soutiendrez et/ou dirigerez des projets stratégiques liés au CPO.

Vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des environnements opérationnels complexes.

Vous avez une capacité naturelle à motiver, à intégrer et à gérer les parties prenantes locales clés.

Vous pouvez identifier et résoudre des problèmes à l'aide de données et vous êtes très performant(e) sur Excel.

Vous avez des compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles avec une grande attention aux détails.

Vous avez démontré votre capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations coopératives transversales.

Operations Coordinator, Used Cars
As Operations Coordinator, Used Cars - Inventory, you are a high-performing, detail-oriented member of the Used Cars team who will play an integral role in developing & growing our Used Cars business in France. You will ensure the seamless organization, coordination, and execution of all used car-related operations – acting as the gel that keeps all interacting departments aligned, informed and executing towards aligned goals.

Key Role Responsibilities:

You will own and seamlessly coordinate the Used inventory of your market (from the point of receiving inventory, through to the refurbishment, listing, retailing and delivering of each car). This includes the detailed management and tracking of every car through the Used Car inventory journey.

You will act as a local CPO local ambassador – always looking for operational improvement opportunities and ensuring the Used business receives the necessary priority.

You will strongly collaborate with local service, sales and delivery teams to optimize cross-functional process and metrics. You must be comfortable working at a fast pace, adapting quickly to team needs, and contributing to a positive work environment.

You will investigate issues and processes, identify constraints and root causes and work with various departments to identify improvements and drive solutions

You will track & deliver key operations KPIs. This requires ongoing monitoring and proactive adjustments to meet targets without external prompting.

You will manage exceptions and escalations quickly and efficiently, developing processes and guardrails for success

You will assist in the creation of business cases for initiatives that drive the Used Cars business forward

You will support and/or lead CPO related strategic special projects
Requirements:

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in complex operational environments

You have a natural ability to motivate, on-board and manage key local stakeholders

You can identify and solve problems using data and you are highly proficient in Excel

You have exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail

You have a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
- Valid driver's license in the country in which you are applying

You are fluent in English and French
