For over 15 years, John Paul has partnered with leading companies to design and manage loyalty programs through concierge services, exclusive privileges, and curated events. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized, high-quality service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Your Mission
As a Premium Concierge, you’ll handle a wide variety of requests including:
- Travel bookings (taxis, flights, hotels)
- Restaurant reservations
- Lifestyle recommendations
- Assistance with insurance, banking, and more
You’ll be expected to:
- Provide tailored solutions with creativity, resourcefulness, and care
- Deliver a unique experience that reflects the John Paul standard
- Build trust and rapport with members through outstanding service
What You’ll Do
- Manage member requests via phone and digital channels
- Identify needs and offer personalized recommendations
- Anticipate desires and go above and beyond expectations
- Ensure precision and reliability in every interaction
- Use CRM and office tools to track and fulfill requests
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Minimum BTS or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); a third language such as Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and service orientation
- Empathy, perseverance, and responsiveness
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency with Office tools and CRM systems
