You join the Corporate Loan Structuring (CLS) team as a specialist in the origination of financing (bank TL, investor TL, RCF) and private debt (SSD, EURO PP), and you manage the monitoring of the bank’s international clients.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

Present the selected solutions to clients;

Develop integrated financing proposals;

Obtain the mandates for arrangement and coordination;

Develop the legal framework for intervention (TS, contract, mandate letter);

Prepare the notes to the committee, including projections (BP) and memo information;

Ensure customer follow-up and marketing;

Present the files in the bank’s decision forums.
The interactions will be as follows:
- External: clients, law firms, financial advisors, institutional investors or banks;
- Internal: other IB teams (ECM, DCM, LBO, tax optimization), risks, legal management.

With a higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience as a bank financing origination specialist.
You master:
- Financial analysis techniques, including the development of business plans;
- The structuring and negotiation of contractual clauses;
- The operation and players in the syndicated credit market;
- Knowledge of the market for disintermediated private debt or infra debt (would be a plus).
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
- Endowed with a very good sense of communication and interpersonal skills;
- Recognized for your team spirit;
- Rigorous in your work.
You master English with a C1 level and another European language would be a plus.
