Job Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate project managers.
- Manage project scope and changes. Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services.
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
- Manage key projects or replacement if there is any lack of project manager.
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline.
- Manage ongoing projects quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team.
- Project team performance reviews and development.
- Proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, management and other key stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
· At least 5 years of professional experience in automation industry
· Proven technical leadership experience in development and implementation of large scale, complex projects.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in both remote and onsite.
· High social competence, excellent team spirit and intercultural understanding
· Have the delivery experience of leading a team, have an excellent team spirit, work proactively, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
· Have strong ability to withstand stress, work enthusiasm, and be able to adapt to short-term business trips.
· Languages: English & Mandarin (mandatory), plus additional European language is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 60,000.00€ - 75,000.00€ per year
