What will you do:

Managing the Sales Budget of Corporate Accounts, with an ambition and commitment to achieve growth & profitability rates.

Managing international Corporate Account Managers by setting and following up action plan and sales targets based on agreed strategies.

Improving skills of the sales teams: through professional training, coaching and field visits to key accounts.

Commercial guidance such as follow-up on market strategies and pricing, etc.

Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners within and outside of the industrial organization.
Requirements

Minimum a bachelor’s degree.

Proved working experience with leadership/managerial experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.

Demonstrable achievements in improving organizational efficiency and profitability.

Enjoys taking new challenges.

Strong communicator.

Excellent organizational skills can run multiple projects seamlessly.
