We currently have an exciting new opportunity within FM to be based in Paris office for a fixed-term 5-month contract as of September 2026. The role will report to the Business Administrative Manager, Paris Operations.
Your main responsibilities:

Fleet management (vehicles): ordering and tracking company cars for employees, monitoring maintenance and inspections, handling related invoicing, managing commercial relationships with suppliers, preparing annual activity reports, updating data in internal tools, and financial reporting (AEN, IFRS, etc.). This is the main activity and requires accuracy, an interest in the field, and ease with numbers.

Management of telephony fleet (fixed lines and mobile devices).

Facilities management: managing access (creation and administration of badges), coordinating services with various stakeholders for shared areas of the building (central reception, closure of common areas, etc.), managing and monitoring maintenance work in private areas. Overseeing various service providers (cleaning, coffee services, recycling, plant maintenance), including operational follow-up and administrative tracking (quotes, invoicing, etc.).

Onboarding and welcoming employees on site: providing all relevant service information, conducting site tours, preparing the delivery of badges, mobile phones, and vehicles where applicable. Coordinating offboarding for these same aspects.

Coordinating information and actions related to health and safety (first aid training, fire drills, etc.).

Organizing, deploying, and monitoring mandatory training related to health and safety at work, road safety, evacuation/fire procedures, first aid (SST), refresher training, and fire extinguisher use.

These responsibilities are not exhaustive; the overall objective is to ensure the best possible working conditions and safety for employees.
Qualifications

Minimum 2-year higher education degree (Bac +2), with proven experience in a similar role (at least 3–5 years), including experience in vehicle fleet management.

Accuracy, versatility, autonomy, and curiosity are essential qualities.

Fluent in French and English (English will be the working language). Another European language is a plus.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel functionalities.
