About the Role
As an Experience Host, you will lead small international groups through some of the most iconic and atmospheric areas of Paris.
Your role is to bring the city to life through storytelling, humor, presence, curiosity, and connection.
You will not simply “guide” people.
You will host them.
That means making them feel welcome, comfortable, engaged, entertained, and genuinely connected to Paris.
You will be the person they remember when they think about their trip.

You should be someone who:
- genuinely enjoys meeting people from all over the world
- feels comfortable speaking in front of small groups
- has a warm, confident, and positive personality
- knows how to create a good atmosphere
- is curious about Paris, culture, history, people, and stories
- understands that hospitality is about details
- is punctual, serious, and trustworthy
- enjoys being outdoors and walking through the city
- wants to be part of a long-term project, not just pick up a few shifts
- can represent a premium brand with elegance, energy, and authenticity
We are not necessarily looking for the most academic profile.
We are looking for presence, personality, communication skills, and the right mindset.
Languages Required
Mandatory:

- Italian
- Spanish
- Any other language is a plus
Our guests come from all over the world, so multilingual profiles are highly appreciated.
Experience Required
Previous tour guide experience is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
We provide training.
What matters most is your ability to connect with people, tell stories naturally, create a warm atmosphere, and represent the Paris Untold spirit.
Experience in any of the following fields is a strong advantage:
- tourism
- hospitality
- events
- customer service
- theater
- public speaking
- storytelling
- content creation
- luxury or premium services
- cultural mediation
- international environments

- know how to adapt your energy to different types of guests
- understand the difference between a good tour and an unforgettable experience
