Based in Nice, at the heart of the French Riviera and the global yachting industry, Navily is continuing its strong growth and is looking for its next Business Developer to expand into Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
Job Description
As Business Developer, you will hold a strategic position at the core of our growth. Your mission is twofold: expand our network of partner marinas and ensure an exceptional experience for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Account Management: You are responsible for selling our booking system to marinas. You will manage the entire partner lifecycle: from prospecting and technical onboarding to administrative and strategic follow-up.
- Partner Success (B2B): As a privileged point of contact, you will support marinas daily to meet their needs and optimize their use of Navily.
- Community Support (B2C): During the high season (April to October), you will interact directly with our boaters. You will guide them through the app and handle inquiries via our online support.
In summary: This role is an exciting blend of Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Relations. It is a unique opportunity to manage a market from A to Z within a growing industry leader.
While missions are primarily carried out from our Nice offices, you will also travel regularly to your assigned market and attend major professional boat shows.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Degree: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of successful experience in selling digital services (SaaS) or B2B business development.
Skills & Languages
- Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish. A high level of Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Tech-savvy: Excellent command of collaborative tools (G Suite, MS Office) and a strong ability to quickly learn new software (CRM, support tools).
Personal Qualities
- Communication: Natural interpersonal skills, both over the phone (cold calling/prospecting) and in writing.
- Autonomy & Organization: Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously, you are rigorous and know how to prioritize effectively.
- Team Spirit: You enjoy collaborative work and the agility of a fast-growing environment.
- The "Plus": A knowledge of, or passion for, the boating and yachting industry is a major advantage.

Our Offer & Benefits (Between €40K and €50K based on performance - uncapped)
- Salary: Annual fixed salary between €27,000 and €30,000 gross (based on profile).
- Variable: Bonus scheme based on individual and collective objectives.
- Health: Alan health insurance (50% covered by Navily).
- Lunch: Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant) worth €10/day (60% covered by Navily).
