Gestionnaire Data – Réforme Facturation Électronique
Mission : Migration Facturation Dématérialisée & Mise en conformité clients B2B
Objectif de la mission
Garantir l'intégrité et la conformité des données clients dans notre système d’information interne Greenway . Vous serez le garant de la qualité des informations nécessaires pour assurer la transition vers la facturation électronique de l'État, en combinant analyse de base de données et contact direct avec nos clients.
Missions & Responsabilités
Sous la supervision du responsable de projet, vos tâches principales seront :
- Compilation de données clients : Identifier, dans divers fichiers, les données à mettre à jour sur les multiples comptes clients présentant des données manquantes ou obsolètes (SIRET, TVA, e-mail de facturation, etc.).
- Préparation données pour Mise à jour dans l’ERP Europcar : Saisir avec exactitude les données collectées dans un fichier pour actualiser Greenway .
- Nettoyer les doublons et corriger les erreurs de formatage.
- Assurer le suivi de l'avancement de la qualification (script).
- Campagne de Collecte Téléphonique : Relancer les services comptables ou administratifs de nos clients B2B n’ayant pas répondu à nos emails.
- Expliquer l'enjeu de la réforme de la facturation dématérialisée.
Récupérer les informations manquantes et confirmer les points de contact pour l'envoi des futures factures.

Profil Recherché
- Maîtrise d’Excel : Bonne capacité à manipuler des gros fichiers Excel avec des donnés multiples. Filtre, tri, tcd, rechercheV n’ont aucun secret pour vous
- Rigueur administrative et précision : Capacité à effectuer des saisies de données et des rapprochements de données, sans erreur.
- Aisance relationnelle : Bonne communication orale, avec idéalement capacité à obtenir des informations de qualité, par téléphone.
- Bac+3 Minimum - Débutants acceptés, avec stages significatifs
