By joining the team, you will report directly to Nicolas, our Chief of Staff. As HR Ops, you will ensure reliable, compliant, and optimized management of employee administration, payroll, and international HR processes, while delivering high-quality operational HR support to employees and managers.
This position is a freelance opportunity (4 month contract).
Clean and improve employee data within Lucca following a previously completed audit.
Address missing fields, data inconsistencies, and obsolete information.
Support and coordinate the migration of payroll outsourcing activities.
Ensure a smooth transition of payroll processes, documentation, and operational responsibilities to the new payroll setup.
5+ years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Administration
HRIS experience on Lucca (mandatory)
Fluent in English
Multi-country payroll expertise is a big plus
Experience with CSE elections is highly valued
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Proactive and solution-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment
