Main Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Satisfaction: Manage a defined customer base, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
Project Development & Support: Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
Solution Configuration & Delivery: Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Long-term Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
Project Management: Lead and manage customer projects using project management best practices, driving successful outcomes.
