Pardgroup France, a company specialized in Field Marketing, Global Retail Solutions, and the creation and refurbishment of French and international luxury boutiques, is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen its team.
The new colleague, in coordination with the General Manager, will carry out the following activities:

Own and manage the monitoring of construction sites for boutiques, pop‑ups, and shop‑in‑shop projects, as well as driving the evolution of various concepts and overseeing design adaptations;

Coordinate and manage relationships with external consultants, such as concept architects, regulatory bodies, public authorities, fit‑out partners, and internal stakeholders;

Assist during the APS (Avant‑Projet Sommaire) phase, corresponding to the preliminary design developed by the client’s concept architect;

Prepare and manage APD, DCE, ACT, DET, VISA, OPR, and DOE project phases;

Adapt concepts to technical and regulatory constraints, and develop new concepts and furnishings, including briefing and prototype follow‑up, under request.
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering required;

At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role handling retail projects;

Previous experience in a general contractor company, operating in the luxury retail sector;

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Adobe, MS Office;

Fluency in French and English;

Flexible and collaborative attitude, with good interpersonal and organizational skills;

Availability to travel.
