With more than 100 sites in over 40 countries, the segment serves the food industry as well as pet food and aquaculture manufacturers. It is structured into two divisions — Food & Beverage and Pet Food.
The Pet Food division offers product solutions and services to enhance palatability and acceptance of pet food, ensure its safety, and support animal health. To study food acceptance, feeding behavior and interactions between pets and their owners, the division operates four expert centers with approximately 1,000 owned dogs and cats.
In line with the principle “closer is better”, Symrise Pet Food, within the Taste, Nutrition & Health segment, serves its customers from more than 30 sites worldwide.
