The role
The company is entering a new phase of scale following a recent 10+M€ series A.
Working directly with the founders, you will act as a central node across Sales, Partnerships and Product, with a clear objective: structure growth without slowing down execution.
Highly exposed role, with strong ownership and steep learning curve.
Responsibilities
GTM & Partnerships
Coordinate go-to-market efforts across Sales and Partnerships
Track and develop key strategic partnerships (e.g. large tech partners, integrators)
Continuously refine positioning and sales narrative
Monitor core metrics (MRR, churn, NRR, conversion)
Strategy & Fundraising
Support founders on strategic priorities and planning
Build business models and growth scenarios
Prepare board materials (data, insights, narrative)
Contribute to fundraising efforts (data room, investor interactions)
Execution & Alignment
Drive execution on key priorities and unblock critical topics
Step in operationally when needed
Ensure alignment across teams on strategy and priorities
Profile
3–6 years in top-tier strategy consulting, M&A or VC, complemented by hands-on experience in a startup or scale-up environment
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS economics
Excellent analytical and structuring skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
Fluent in French and English
