We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Finance & HR Manager to oversee accounting, tax, payroll, and HR administration activities. This is a key position that combines financial expertise with people management support in a dynamic international environment.
What You Will Do
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve financial queries and improve processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and controls.
- Support reporting requirements and ensure alignment with US compliance and financial reporting standards.
Who You Are
- A proactive and detail-oriented accounting professional with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in French, with strong English language skills considered a significant advantage.
Professional Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with US financial reporting, compliance requirements, and multinational business environments is highly valued.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
