Au sein du service SIS sur le site de production de Caen : – Accompagner les équipes lors de chantiers d’amélioration. – Contribuer aux formations aux outils du Lean Management. . – Déployer des outils de management digital pour les utilisateurs des secteurs de production et des fonctions support du site industriel , – Assurer l’évaluation des compétences des opérationnels et déployer le programme de formation. – Animer des chantiers de progrès, bottleneck map, relais corporate, New SHIZEN, – Former et coacher les managers opérationnels sur les fondamentaux SIS.
