You will join the Major Projects and Sustainable Development department integrated into AEW’s Asset Management France division. As a Technical Project Manager, your role is to advise investment teams, develop work programs, design and manage development and heavy restructuring operations, and advise asset managers on all important technical matters.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

Carry out in-depth technical expertise on real estate investment files, with an emphasis on architectural and functional analysis, technical performance, environmental audits, as well as the assessment of associated technical and financial risks.

Advise investment teams on all technical aspects, regulations, compliance, work required to bring the asset up to standard or in compliance, ... until the conclusion of the acts.

Develop work programs, design and management of development operations, from the programming-assembly-design phase to the conclusion of contracts and project implementation.

Design, program, commission and control the work provided for in the multi-year work plans, or necessary for the restructuring and renovation of the heritage under management, its valuation, and its compliance.

Design, program, have carried out and control the work provided for in the multi-year work plans of the assets under management, with a view to their valuation and compliance. If necessary, assist the Asset Managers in monitoring the resulting work on claims, risks related to the owner’s security obligations, or asset improvement.

Lead the work of implementing the objectives of the energy transition law on assets under management.

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions and hold a building engineering degree.
You master:
- logistical, commercial and shopping centre development;
- project ownership and acquisition due diligence.
- The applicable regulations in the building;
- Securing buildings;
- The management of technical projects for new operations and major restructuring.
You have strong operational and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a very good ability to listen and work as a team.
You master English with a C1 level
